Versatile in the vegan kitchen: as barbecue skewers, meat substitute in the Cous-Cous or of course in the really tasty goulash bowl!

A la Bourguignonne refers to the favourite dish of the French, who like to prepare their meat or tofu goulash the Burgundy way, by deglazing it with Burgundy wine. We fry the tofu gulash cubes in olive oil, over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, turning them over so that they brown evenly, and then drink the red Pinot Noir with the meal.
